Enso is a program made by www.humanized.com that is (I have been told) like quicksilver for the mac, exept better. Enso is a very discreet program that works by holding the Caps Lock button. Yes that almost useless Caps Lock button. The button that just happens to turn on in very INCONVENIENT TIMES. Luckily Enso not only disables this, it makes it so you can conveniently turn it on and off. Just hold Caps Lock (CL) and type cap and it will auto complete capslock off or on if you want. It has other features too! For example in Enso words you can select some text hold capslock and type sp to do spellcheck. It opens another window and it shows any errors. select some text CL and type define. A window pops up and shows the definition(s). Same thing with thesaurus, upper case, lower case, word count, and that is just Enso words! There is an Enso launcher which opens things and learns to open programs. They even just came out with some beta programs check them all out at here. My favorite beta program has to be either the translator or the media controller. The media controller lets you pause, play, and skip songs in one media player without having to change your window. I hope that the translator is self explanatory but it has at least . Enso words and Enso launcher do cost money. They are both $19.95 ($19.95 and $14.95 if you get them both). Now Enso words and Enso launcher are now free! Get them now. All of the beta’s are free. Maybe the greatest thing about Enso is the fact that it blends really well with your computer interface. It doesn’t “pop up” annoyingly ever, somebody could use your computer without even noticing that it is installed, and possibly best of all it becomes second nature. I really like Enso, I use it all the time. Especially the spellchecker. So check it out at www.humanized.com.
